I once visited a therapist having already decided there were things I was not going to talk about. I had put a wall around them. They were off bounds.
I later learned that we need to get to know all our parts. They are message carriers that bring valuable information about who we really are.
In this week’s episode, drawing on an example of that wonderful Pixar movie Inside Out, as well as my own experiences and training, I am going to help you understand how to translate the voices in your head, the parts of you, that are often in charge of the choices that you make.
We need to learn to connect with parts of ourself that other parts of us don’t want to.
